Wow last time was Christmas!!!!
I'm horrible at this! Oh well here goes another attempt!
So life is pretty good! School, work and church keep me busy. The end of the quarter for school is coming up quick, which is a good thing! Work is little but just enough, I really enjoy my job helping others plan their college education. Church is going through a face lift, I think I can say that...We're reorganizing and making each age group and focus clear and defined. Very exciting stuff. God is bringing everything together wonderfully, We can only pray he continues to guide us and the church in the direction he wants. T.E.C - Teen Evangelism Class lead by Cam is simply wonderful, as a somewhat assistant I really look foreword to Monday nights with the Teens. Praying, Praising, growing, encouraging and learning how to defend our faith and also share it. Basically striving to live out the great commission "Make disciples of every nation baptizing them in the name of the Father Son and the Holy Spirit. Teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20 God Squad is slowing taking shape, I pray that God continues to guide me in developing it and that he uses me to teach the children about him. There are some bumps and holes but I pray that God will show me how and what to do to make this ministry most glorifying to Him and his Son Jesus!

Well besides all that going on, Baseball season has started! Cam has been pitching well, when he gets in but his coaches are having disputes on when he should play(an intense argument broke out one day). But he is happy and is doing his job there on the team and building friendships.
Last week was quite an exciting weekend, beginning with Cam's birthday Friday. A great little gathering of mostly family and a few friends was held with lots of excitement. Tiffany was very pregnant and decided to go to the hospital after they left the party. Well despite a night of labor, a lil girl Adelyn Claire was born. And oh is she so cute and tiny; just proclaiming the wonder and majesty of God.

AS you can see life is good, God is great! Can't express how much praise he deserves.

Christmas Time...a crazy time of year. Everyone should remeber the reason for the season! Christmas eve was interesting this year. Alittle bit of tears, maybe cause I was emotinal(girl reasons) However, I really enjoyed Christmas eve service at University Park Church, a meaningful time of prayer worship and meditation. A great way to set the mood for christmas. Christmas day was a joy. A nice family breakfast after presents, then the McCullough family came over. 5 lil ones running around is sure to bring smiles and delight. Dad and bro split to watch football, while mom and me went to aunt Kathy's for a delicious dinner..Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, squash...ummm can you say delicious. Lots of laughs at the table too! Lil Benny was a crack up, he refused to pray..I think he was shy...but such a sweet and caring lil boy he is. The best part was the Sunday after Christmas, the Christmas Play, Cam and I put together and also Ryan's sermon on Hope (Ezekiel 37) Our breath..us crying out God's name Yahweh. Most of my mom's family attended, and what a delight that was. Tears and emotions were stirred. Prayer should continue for their hearts. It was so nice to have them there. Then we all went to lunch...wish every sunday were like that.
God has truly blessed me with so much, to look back and see all the things he provides just for me and then to think that he does that for everyone who is faithful to him! Man.."What faith can do?" What an amazing God we serve.
With the start of a new year, I am encouraged to turn over a new leaf.
I hope to make this year a step closer to what God would want me to be. To listen to him, obediently, acomplishing what he would have me do. My hope and prayer is that I would be driven toward obedience rather than perfection. For perfection only points out how far I have to go, but obedience marks how far I have allready come. My focus is on the lil bits of self-denial, the faithfulness in lil things that God uses in my life to change me. Relax, take life, step by step; instead of power walking-pushing, striving, and conniving. For he has much more in mind for His kingdom than I can see or even know.

"To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy. To the only GOd our Savior be glory, majesty, power, and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore. Amen!"
Jude 24-25

Life is full of blessings! Why not write about them, so my future kids can look back and read about them. I'm excited to begin a little journaling, journey.
Well life is simply beautiful. College is a time of discovery, growth and learning. That is just what season the Lord has placed me in right now. At times it is difficult to accept but realizing how much I have going on right now, is joyous. With the completetion of yet another quarter, relief and achievement fill my emotions. Just a step closer to achieving my goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. Attending a school 5 miles from my house where I also have the opportunity to work at is simply a blessing. With a small break from school I have the time to catch up on scrapbooking and reading. Holiday events will fill my time too. My focus in life right now is to pursue rightousness and a godly life, along with faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness. (1Timothy 6:11)
