Summer in a peanutshell (I like peanuts)

Well, Life is busy! I bet most would agree!!
School is going right along, right on through summer, yep I chose to spend my summer in school, what was I thinking...Well I was thinking I want to get done sooner! The positive of going to school during summer is you spend most of the day inside where it is nice and cold, possibly freezing. Then you head outside and forget it was scorching hot and humid out. Well School is school and the quicker the better!

Besides school I visited the beach a couple times not as many as I would have liked but life goes on. Lake Mead was another adventure I went on, a fun get-away! But boy is Las Vegas a dirty city. The lake was beautiful, the temperature of the water was refreshingly perfect...I think those are adjectives that explain it. Besides Lake Mead there was surf camp, a fun get away with my church family!

Vacation Bible School what a victory! The theme was Ultimate Victory, it was all about sports, a ton of fun hanging out with the kidos teaching crafts. Memorable moments for the high schoolers as well as the lil guys! Some very fun songs to sing too.. "When it's you and it's me. Its an Ultimate Victory. I will run the race as you set the pace...." It had motions too, I bet you can just imagine the fun we had. The kids would just sing and dance, many said worship was their favorite part. What a blessing to see lil kids praising the Lord Allmighty!

Another joy of mine is teaching, recently I have been helping in a first grade classroom and boy do I enjoy it! I look foreword to the day I have my own classroom to teach in. Therefore I must finish school, and quick!

The last joy I will talk about today is the joy of my best friend, he makes me laugh and smile when I need it most. Recently he has taken up guitar; I am one excited girl. Being able to sing along with the guitar to worship songs is something I really enjoy!
Well I would have to say my life is blessed thanks to a loving and merciful God!
